protecting your trademarks, patents, registered symbols and works.
TRADE/SERVICE MARKS
- A Power of Attorney duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- An Extract from the entry of the applicant in the Commercial Register, or
any equivalent document, duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- Prints of the Mark.
- In case of claiming property, a certified copy of corresponding home or
foreign registration or application trademark, duly notarized by the Yemeni
consul.
PATENTS/DESIGNS
- A Power of Attorney duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- An Extract from the Commercial Register or articles of Association or
Incorporation, if the Applicant is corporate body, duly notarized by the
Yemeni consul.
- A Deed of Assignment from the inventor(s), duly notarized by the Yemeni
consul or a copy of original Assignment as filed with the basic foreign
application, duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- In case of claiming property, a certified copy of corresponding home or
foreign registration or application trademark, duly notarized by the Yemeni
consul.
COPYRIGHTS
- A Power of Attorney duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- A Certificate of Ownership of the work, duly notarized by the Yemeni
consul.
- Two copies of the work.
DOMAIN NAMES
- A Power of Attorney duly notarized by the Yemeni consul.
- Instruction of the agent.
